Yesterday I managed to see a doe beside Silver Creek on Hwy. 588, 2 of last years fawns jumping a fence on Old Mining Road and a goose, gander and new goslings on a farm on Mud Lake Road beside the CPR tracks.

A friend of mine told me that there is a cow moose with a calf near Barrie Drive and Hwy. 588, so watch for her as the bugs are getting bad.
