Wow. I am finally back from  mothers' 90th birthday party. saw almost nothing till the Kenora bi-pass. Just past the Winnipeg River at Middle lake I saw 3 pelicans  sitting on a rock. Cool. Then abpout a mile father I filmed a buck crossing the highway. Then a deer inside a fence to them out in Carman Manitoba. Lots of robins, doves and woodpeckers out there.

On the way home a saw numberous road kills of deer, ground hogs and other animals. There were a few turkey vulchers have a feast on them. About 3 kms west of the Time Zone Plaque at Raith I finally saw my first moose of the ear. Nice young bull standing in the ditch watching traffic zoom by.I also saw a pelican on the Winnipeg River on the Kenora bi-pass.
