Went out to Sleeping Giant Provincial Park yesterday. The drive was pleasant with only a few few people out there. Saw 2 deer at Silver islet, 1 deer on the way back at Pickeral lake and 2 more deer at Rita lake. Was a nice drive at 50 kms will nobody pushing me to go faster. Also saw 4 chickadees, and 1 squirrel.

Sibley creek was the only creek open at 587. It was still frozen at Silver Islet. Silver  Islet was open. The Avenue was quiet and a nice drive will no wind coming off Lake Superior. The only other River open was the Mckenzie River at the highway.

This is a very nice drive early in the morning.
